It was such a gorgeous sunny day today, I decided it was a good day to get out and hit the open road for a while (I can always work in my room when it's "cloudy" right?). I love nothing more than to listen to a good cd and just ...drive! ahhh I decided I'd call mom and see if she wanted to get out of the house , since it was such a nice day, so I picked her up and we just chatted and enjoyed the countryside. (I dramatically turn the volume down when I have mom in the car... when I'm by myself, it's a different story. lol I like it Loud!) Yeah.. I'm that person who you pull up next to at the stop light and laugh at, because they're singing to the radio. lol

I have been wanting to check out the scrapbook store in Blair, so today , since we where driving in that direction , we took in the town of Blair and .. the scrapbook store there.

If you've read my posts before , you know, when it comes to small towns.. I LOVE the architecture! There is just so much history in this towns. Beautiful buildings!

So ...I'm sharing a bit

This corner building was so interesting.

This was my favorite. PINK trim!

I love seeing the old logos painted on the sides of buildings, like this. It really is a nice little town. Glad we had such a pretty day to check it out.

And....

I'm so glad I got over to check out
"A Page 2 Remember" . It's a great store! I met Tonya (the owner) and her husband at CHA, and they are such nice people.

They have a great selection of different papers and supplies and check out this crop room, and cute snack area.

They even had all the new Fancy Pants stuff and Crafty Secrets Clear Art Stamps are ordered and should be in soon!

It's a great store..if you in the area check it out.

Oooh, love the architecture! When I lived in Virginia we had lots of nice old things (yes, including me); not so much in Charlotte. Charlotte believes in tearing down and rebuilding-hardly anything over 50 here, so like, I've been worried they are going to replace me soon!

Glad sweet Momma got out too; wish my daughter lived closer.

Just one little snide remark: Do you have your camera hanging around you neck, All The Time? LOL! The CD shot is just too, too, cute. Speaking of CD's-Nora Jones? Love her and have all her CD's!
Have a great Sunday!
