******************************************************************************
Speaking of  Christmas...
I've been thinking ahead about some fun ways to create Christmas ornaments/gifts with these Images.. because I adore them so much.
The next couple of posts will be ideas using these.  They would be fun to tie on gifts .. or give as a great teacher gift or make for yourself with a family photo..for a dated keepsake for your tree.

I used stamps from these two stamp sets to add to sayings, greetings , or To:,From: on the backs of my frames.

and Seasons Greetings  stamp sets from Crafty Secrets.

These are even something you could do with the kiddos. You can keep them really simple or add all kinds of goodies for embellishments.

The ones I did here, were done with this frame set.  But there are actually 3 different sets to choose from.
Fancy Pants Designs - Artist Edition Collection  ( this is ONE of three different Sets)
Each frame comes with a pattern, so all you have to do, is put it down on your image, trace around it , cut it out and adhere it inside the frame.
On the backs of the frames is where I added the paper pieces that I had stamped on.
I know I've mentioned this before ..but if you haven't used these metal frames before.. you are going to be pleasantly surprised.. they are such great quality! ( much heavier than I expected for sure).

Stickles, gems, sequins, seasonal embellishments, ribbon, jingle bells... ect can be used. Whatever your little heart desires.  The Seasonal isle at the craft store is full of goodies right now.

This is what I was talking about when I said a photo ornament. Add a stamped greeting on the back .. and you have a great keepsake gift for grandparents or family.   Or how fun it would be to have a photo on the tree each year.. of your own family.. and see the changes. (fun to look back on down the road).
I have a little metal star ornament with a photo of my dad on it that has hung on our tree every year since he passed way. ( 24 years ago now).

Well I am excited that I have that extra hour tonight!  Hope I get lots done! lol  Remember to set your clocks back.

and  remember to leave a comment so I put you in for a chance at that give a way okay?

Have a great weekend!
