No sew felt flower Spring banner using Tammy Tutterows Dies from The Crafters Edge

Hey Everyone! Just popping in to share a quick post with a new project I just finished.   This is a "no sew" Project that I'm sharing today.
So many of us are REALLY ready for winter to be over and Spring to arrive.  I know I am!  I worked on this piece for our front door.
Something a little bright and cheery, to offset this grey gloom. lol
I had found these canvas banner pieces at Hobby Lobby a while back and snatched up all they had. I've been watching, but haven't seen any more. They are available on amazon and a few other places online if you don't see them at HL.  ( actually they would be easy to make also).
When I found these at HL, it was around Christmas time and  they were 50% off... so that made it even better.  Gotta love a good bargain!
The thin wood letters are also from HL. There are two letters in a pack for 99 cents. They are unfinished wood, so I just gave them a quick coat of paint with a foam brush.
All of the felt flowers are Tammy Tutterows dies from The Crafters Edge. I didn't sew or stitch any of them... just put them together with hot glue.
Of course you can use as many layers as you want to, to add more dimension.
I make a little tassel for the bottom with embroidery floss.

Here is a closer shot of the flowers.

Dan as been taking good care of me in surgery, and the dogs have been keeping me good company.  I'm getting a little spoiled, getting breakfast in bed.  I'm going to ride this out while I can. lol  He will have to go back to work next week.
I think the dogs are kind of enjoying it also. lol

Like me, they are patiently waiting for Spring.

Thanks for stopping by friends!  I'll be back soon with more to share.  I'm pumping out projects, just trying to keep my hands busy.

Hugs, Vicki

these are adorable. I'm just popping in to see how you are doing. I am from NE as well, and we have flooding here and I've heard that Fremont is really bad. I hope you and your loved ones are okay.

Oh Ms. Vicki! I am SO sorry to hear about you having to have surgery. I have not visited your site in ages (and feel awful about that). Hoping you are doing well and Dan is taking good care of you. I know first hand how painful foot problems can be.
Love your flower creations and your heart stitched projects from previous posts (had to go back and check them all out...lol!) Wishing you the best for a quick recovery.
